What if you don't have something I need?

We'll get it. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll source it for you.

Can you recommend tour staff?

Yes. We've got a solid network of touring freelancers including FOH engineers, monitor engineers, tour managers, and merchandise managers. Need staffing recommendations for your tour? Just ask.

Do you deliver?

We'll deliver to or pick up from anywhere in the NYC metro area, including spots like Bandago, Complete Music, and other tour prep locations. Contact us for a quote.

What about tours that don't start or end in NYC?

We partner with freight companies to get your gear where it needs to be. Starting your tour in another city or ending somewhere else? We'll coordinate shipping. Contact us for a quote.

I'm rehearsing at Ruby Stage. Can you have my gear ready there?

Yes. If you're rehearsing at Ruby Stage, we'll have your rental gear set up in the space and ready to go when you arrive. One less thing to worry about.

I'm renting lighting from Squeek Lights too. Do I need to make two pickups?

Nope. We'll coordinate with Squeek Lights so you can pick up both your audio and lighting packages at one location.

Can I rent audio gear just for a rehearsal at Ruby Stage?

Absolutely. Need a PA system or other audio gear for rehearsal? We rent that too, even if you're not taking it on tour.

What happens if something breaks on the road?

Let us know immediately and we'll do everything we can to make it right. We maintain our gear to the highest standard, but sometimes things go wrong on tour. We'll work with you to get it sorted as quickly as possible.

What's covered under warranty for custom builds?

We offer a one year warranty on our work. Equipment from other manufacturers used in our builds is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
